My friend Michael Murphy posted some amazing shots from a collar camera attached to dogs. Pro-photographers, watch out. 

From whitesead [ My friend Jan Fields has curated a group of five canine photographers into a show called “phoDOGraphers” which opens on 09/18. The show is part of “SlowExposures” which takes place in rural Pike County, Georgia, an hour or so south of Atlanta. The top two pictures were taken by a dog named Maddie, the third by Maxwell (whose snout makes it into all of his frames), the last by Nick. All used a “collar camera” to take the pictures.]

A great article from wired magazine. (link) Not everyone needs professional musician quality sound. That's why the compressed mp3 format became the convenient choice for the masses who wanted to fill their hard drives with as many songs as they could. That's why there's a lot of "Good Enough" technology like the Flip camera, Skype and that consumers embrace more than their quality conterparts.
